Senior Partnerships Manager
A global fast-growing payments platform is offering the opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing strategic relationships with mid-market customers in the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and creative thinker with significant experience in the payments and financial services industries. You’ll be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with B2B partners. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the platform’s expansion and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a B2B partnerships strategy across the UK supporting the company’s vision.
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with both existing and new mid market partners, serving as the main point of contact between the platform and its partners.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of competitive trends and ensure the platform maintains its position as an industry leader in the payments space.
- Oversee due diligence processes for prospective partners and manage the project timelines for onboarding new partners.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in the fintech space, contributing insights and knowledge both internally and externally.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with B2B fintech, financial institutions, card schemes, and payment networks.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, with a strong understanding of compliance and onboarding processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial.
- A track record of success in fast-paced, technology-driven businesses, particularly within dynamic startup environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations effectively.
- Ability to navigate a fast-changing environment, handling ambiguity and pressure with ease.
- Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes in complex commercial discussions.
- A team player who collaborates well with colleagues across various departments and fosters a shared vision.
