Position overview

This position reports to the SVP of Sales and is responsible for growing revenue and adoption across Adelaide’s EMEA publisher, ad network, and programmatic partnerships, with additional support for emerging areas such as MMM.

In this role, you will be joining a small, fast-moving EMEA commercial team. You’ll be responsible for developing new partnerships and growing a portfolio of existing relationships across publishers, ad networks, and programmatic platforms. Day-to-day activities range from building and executing account plans, pitching and training partner teams, developing relationships with new stakeholders, supporting integrations, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships on go-to-market plans.

We’re seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in adtech, digital media, or measurement, including direct experience working with publishers, ad networks, SSPs, or other programmatic partners.

This is a remote role for UK-based candidates. Adelaide has a New York HQ and a London WeWork for in-person collaboration.

The scope and level of responsibility will be calibrated based on experience, with opportunities to take on increasing autonomy and strategic impact over time.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus performance-based variable compensation, with variable compensation making up approximately 25% of total On-Target Earnings (OTE).

  • Base Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000
  • OTE Range: £93,000 - £107,000
  • Final compensation will be calibrated based on experience.

What you'll learn

An important part of our culture is continuous learning and the open sharing of ideas. We offer:

  • Access to a broad network of investors and advisors who can help you and your team succeed
  • Mentorship from executives with decades of experience in adtech and media
  • Regular internal knowledge-sharing sessions
  • An education budget to support ongoing professional growth and development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
