MedPal
At MedPal, we're reinventing how people access healthcare — transforming the way patients connect with pharmacy and clinical services through technology built around them. Our Partnerships team helps bring MedPal to more people by working with strategic partners across pharmacy, health, and wellness sectors to grow reach, trust, and impact.
About the Role
As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships across the MedPal app and New Health, our peptide clinic, helping maximize value for MedPal, our partners, and the people who rely on us for their health. You'll sit within the Marketing function, and collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to lock in new deals, strengthen existing relationships, and identify opportunities that accelerate MedPal's growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day management of MedPal's key partnerships across pharmacy and wellness channels, from first conversation through renewal or conclusion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building trusted relationships and delivering an outstanding partner experience
- Identify, approach, and negotiate new partnership opportunities that expand MedPal's and New Health's reach across health, wellness, and pharmaceutical markets
- Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines, managing operational activities, and resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Build strong relationships across partner organizations through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that are both commercially sound and operationally deliverable
- Represent MedPal and New Health at trade shows, industry events, and conferences, using them as a platform to build pipeline and strengthen existing relationships
- Grow MedPal's B2B and B2E relationships, identifying new employer, corporate, and business partnership opportunities that complement our direct-to-consumer offer
- Collaborate with partners to develop marketing and distribution initiatives that increase awareness and drive user growth for both the MedPal app and New Health
- Analyze partnership performance and business metrics to generate actionable recommendations that improve commercial outcomes
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices across internal teams to influence future partnership strategy, product improvements, and commercial opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
