About Zero Deposit

Renting a new home can be stressful and expensive. At Zero Deposit, we’re changing that. We are a market-defining business on a mission to make renting easier, faster and fairer. We will only do that with an exceptional team, a market-leading product and an amazing customer experience.

Your experience at Zero Deposit will be different to a traditional insurer or broker. We’re using insurance to bring an antiquated process up to date and improve it beyond that. We combine technology, data and user-centric design to deliver faster decisions, better outcomes and a more scalable operating model.

About the Role

Zero Deposit is entering its next phase of growth following the successful launch of Guarantor+ and the continued expansion of the Zero Deposit Guarantee through our Deposit+ model across the UK Private Rented Sector.

To support this growth, we are expanding our Partnerships team to work with strategic partners representing tens of thousands of annual tenancies across both the letting-agency and Build-to-Rent markets.

The Senior Partnerships Manager – National/Strategic Partnerships will own a portfolio of strategic letting-agency groups and Build-to-Rent operators across the UK, with a particular focus on partners and markets outside London.

The role will be responsible for developing long-term senior relationships, driving product adoption, increasing commercial performance and ensuring Zero Deposit products are successfully embedded within partner operations.

Working closely with the Sales & Partnerships Director to develop expertise in both our products, services and systems to enable the Sales & Partnerships Director to focus on the wider partnership strategy.

The role will own the partner journey from initial launch through to long-term growth, working across both agency branch networks and multi-site Build-to-Rent portfolios.

About You

  • Proven experience of managing partners operating across multi-site, multi-branch or regional organisations.
  • Significant experience managing strategic or high-value partner relationships, with a strong background and understanding of the UK Property market is essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how to grow existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to launch or implement products within partner businesses.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at senior, operational and frontline levels.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing complex partner relationships involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management capability.
  • Confidence using performance data to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience developing account plans and delivering structured business reviews.
  • Ability to take ownership of partner issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across internal teams.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
