Job Description

Senior Partnerships Manager - UK

You are not here to shepherd routine project updates. You are here to own the commercial onboarding lifecycle for global loyalty partners, moving complex network deals from signed contracts to live revenue streams with unrelenting pace.

What You'll Be Doing

You will lead the operational and commercial onboarding lifecycle for network partnership agreements, translating business development wins into seamless launches across global loyalty programs. Reporting to the SVP of Partnerships, you will enforce standard terms, manage critical settlement parameters, and align BD, Legal, and Operations to eliminate deal friction. Connected AI tools streamline your market research, contract summaries, and pipeline health tracking so you can spend your energy actively resolving cross-functional blockers and driving deal velocity. In this role, you will establish operational governance and gather partner feedback to continuously scale our recruitment and launch frameworks globally.

What You Bring

  • A track record of steering complex B2B partner onboarding and commercial operations within loyalty programs, turning strategic partner commitments into launched implementations.
  • The ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to deadlines without direct authority, navigating executive priorities and complex legal or operational trade-offs with ease.
  • Structured discipline to deal delivery, using tools like Salesforce and workflow software to maintain pipeline visibility, intake completeness, and risk logs.
  • The ability to translate commercial requirements into clear operational execution plans, spotting contract friction early and keeping BD, Legal, and Operations moving in sync.
  • Experience in using AI tools to build repeatable workflows for account research and deal tracking that eliminate manual administrative steps, and critically evaluate every output before sharing it with stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
