Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager, Technology Ecosystem based in United Kingdom.
You will lead the development of a high-performing technology partner ecosystem that creates measurable value for customers and the business.
The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, engineering, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution.
You will determine which technology relationships matter most, where to invest, and where a lower-touch approach makes more sense.
You will deepen strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and take relationships from initial concept through launch and growth.
You will also influence integration priorities by balancing customer demand, strategic value, commercial potential, and implementation effort.
This is a high-ownership role in a remote-first, asynchronous environment where you will move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Your work will help shape how technical products connect, reach customers, and generate meaningful outcomes across a growing global ecosystem.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the strategy for the technology partner ecosystem, prioritizing opportunities based on customer demand, adoption, strategic importance, commercial potential, and required effort.
- Manage and deepen high-priority technology partnerships, developing tailored plans that extend beyond integrations into customer adoption, education, co-selling, incentives, distribution, and other relevant go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities and build new strategic partnerships from initial idea and business case through partner engagement, launch, and ongoing development.
- Build compelling business cases for new integrations, helping product and engineering teams prioritize investments according to customer needs, commercial opportunity, strategic value, and partner commitment.
- Establish a scalable approach to managing the wider ecosystem, including improving how inbound integration requests are evaluated and making it easier for lower-touch partners to build and integrate.
- Define, monitor, and communicate ecosystem performance metrics, using data to identify high-impact opportunities and guide future investment.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and partnership leadership to turn ecosystem strategy into measurable execution.
- Take ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and drive them from concept through delivery with minimal direction.
- Continuously evaluate partnership performance and adapt investment, priorities, and go-to-market approaches based on customer and business outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
