Salary: From £36K to £43K (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Records & Awards Officer to provide effective administration for the creation and maintenance of student records, assessment, progression and award data relating to the University’s collaborative provision in the UK and overseas.
You will ensure that all tasks are completed in line with the University’s Academic Regulations and Policies, playing a key role in maintaining data integrity within the University’s Student Record System. Additionally, you will provide accurate, reliable and expert advice and guidance to resolve complex issues and support stakeholders throughout the student journey.

Requirements
- Background of working within a Registry environment
- Experience of using student databases (such as SITS)
- Ability to confidently manage a complex workload in an academic environment
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Working Conditions
- Flexible and hybrid working across the University
- Required to work on-campus at least 2 days per week
Selection Process
- Initial assessment/test
- Formal interview for candidates who successfully pass the test stage
