About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Patient Coordinator to join our growing clinical operations team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and supportive patient experience.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating the patient journey from initial enquiry through to post-consultation follow-up, while also helping keep the day-to-day running of the clinic organised and compliant.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing competing priorities, comfortable working within clinical processes and SOPs, and genuinely cares about creating a great patient experience.

What You'll Own

  • Coordinate the patient journey: Support new and returning patients throughout their journey, from initial enquiry and appointment booking through to consultations and follow-up.
  • Manage clinic operations: Handle patient enquiries, oversee administrative workflows, and support the smooth running of daily clinic operations.
  • Coordinate appointments: Manage clinician schedules, coordinate appointments, and help optimise clinic capacity and availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: Process and maintain patient records and documentation accurately, in line with GDPR and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance: Follow and uphold clinic SOPs, policies, and confidentiality requirements, ensuring patient information is handled appropriately at all times.
  • Resolve patient issues: Act as a key point of contact for patient concerns, resolving issues where possible and escalating appropriately when required.
  • Support MDT working: Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, document agreed actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Oversee clinic supplies: Monitor stock levels, coordinate orders, and track clinic supplies to ensure the team has what it needs to operate effectively.
  • Support training and development: Keep your mandatory training and compliance requirements up to date and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Improve processes: Identify opportunities to improve patient and operational workflows and help implement practical solutions across the clinic.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
