We are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to advancing healthcare and bringing life-changing therapies to patients around the world.
We are seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead to join our growing global Patient Recruitment team. As a Senior Patient Recruitment Lead, you will join a dynamic, collaborative environment that helps patients access clinical trial opportunities through innovative recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. Through partnership with global teams, sponsors, sites, and patient-focused vendors, you will increase your exposure to all aspects of patient recruitment while building a rewarding career in clinical research.

Who We Are Looking For
An individual who is...
- passionate about improving the patient and caregiver experience in clinical trials
- an excellent communicator and relationship builder
- confident and comfortable within a client-facing role, including complex discussions and presentations
- organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
- analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and collaborative
- Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs and project tracking
What You Will Do
- Support patient recruitment, engagement and retention initiatives
- Lead patient recruitment projects and support delivery across complex cases
- Coordinate patient-facing materials, websites and campaigns
- Work with vendors and study teams
- Monitor KPIs, metrics and recruitment performance
- Support budgets, purchase orders and project documentation
- Contribute to innovative recruitment strategies
- Lead client-facing communications, presentations and stakeholder management

What You Will Bring
- Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in a patient recruitment environment
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, including managing complex cases and presenting or communicating directly with clients
- Direct patient-facing experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
