This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of collections, including Made-to-Order, Couture, Ready-to-Wear, and Production. As part of our creative team, you will play a critical role in developing, finalising, and ensuring the accuracy of patterns for both private clients and bulk production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive patterns for manufacturing, including the application of seam allowances, notches, grain lines, and labels.
  • Update technical packs with essential information such as size charts, trim sheets, fusing details, and other relevant specifications.
  • Support the production team in ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the pattern development and production process.
  • Participate in fittings, providing valuable insights and support in adjusting patterns for the desired fit and silhouette.
  • Ensure all pattern packs are thoroughly cross-checked and updated, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all stages of production.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient workflow, adhering to production and ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet project deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
