The Role
Manage and grow strategic payment partnerships across multiple markets and cultures.
- Lead or support complex commercial and contract negotiations, aligning both parties around workable long-term outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance from opportunity through delivery.
- Use partner and market performance data to identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve payment performance, or optimize cost.
- Bring clear commercial insight into planning and strategic decisions.
- Represent the business in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and senior partner meetings.
- Contribute to cross-regional projects and share knowledge across the wider partnerships organization.

What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with direct exposure to strategic partnerships, acquiring, or local payment methods.
- A record of managing complex partner relationships across more than one region.
- Strong commercial judgment and practical experience of contract negotiation and supplier engagement.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver through a global, matrixed organization.
- A strategic perspective combined with a willingness to work through operational detail and solve problems directly.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Location
The role follows a hybrid pattern with an expectation of three days each week on site. That makes it best suited to someone able to work regularly from the London office while maintaining relationships across a global partner base.
This could suit a senior partnerships, acquiring, or payment-methods professional who wants end-to-end responsibility for commercially important relationships and the initiatives built around them.
