Camino Partners are working with a rapidly growing specialist recruitment business operating across the renewables, offshore and marine sectors. The business provides specialist workforce solutions, supplying skilled professionals to clients working across major energy and marine projects internationally.
Following significant growth, they are looking to add a Senior Payroll Administrator to their finance team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional with high-volume payroll and UK PAYE experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and reviewing contractor timesheets and expenses
- Supporting the end-to-end payroll process
- Validating hours worked, overtime, travel days and other payroll requirements
- Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within strict deadlines
- Acting as a key point of contact for contractors and clients
- Resolving payroll queries and discrepancies efficiently
- Working closely with the wider payroll and finance teams
- Supporting and improving existing payroll processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation
- Taking greater ownership of payroll processes and deadlines
What They're Looking For

- Strong previous experience in payroll administration
- Proven high-volume payroll experience
- UK PAYE experience is essential
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confident managing queries and communicating with contractors and clients
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Experience with timesheet/payroll systems and Microsoft Office
- Recruitment industry experience is advantageous, particularly within a contractor payroll environment
- Someone proactive who is comfortable taking ownership and suggesting process improvements
