Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their established team.

Your new role

As a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will take responsibility for delivering accurate and timely end-to-end UK payroll while supporting key employee benefits initiatives. Working closely with HR, Finance, and external providers, you will ensure payroll compliance, resolve queries, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving high standards across payroll operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience managing end-to-end UK payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of current UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments.
  • Experience administering employee benefits and liaising with external providers.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
  • Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • A positive team-focused attitude with the confidence to work independently when required.
