Role Requirements
The candidates should have at least 6 years’ experience in the UK with relevant SuccessFactors modules, with at least 4 of those years as a lead consultant on project implementations.

- Candidates should have a proven track record of leading teams and managing their elements of projects to success and be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of project, business context and what drives projects and teams to success.
- Candidates should have a well-presented professional presence, experience in a consulting role, excellent verbal and written skills, experience on at least 4 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations and a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Candidates should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Work will be primarily from home but client-site visits for pre-sales, workshops and other meetings is expected on a semi-regular basis.
Specific Skills Required
- Certified in relevant SuccessFactors modules or SAP HCM Payroll and willing to get certified in Employee Central Payroll
- Detailed knowledge of the associated business processes and system configuration for their area of expertise
- Experience in running workshops and playbacks for clients
- Experience in designing, configuring and troubleshooting the relevant modules
- End-to-end project lifecycle experience including supporting data migration
- Working knowledge of the inter-connections between SuccessFactors modules

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders in non-technical terms
- Post graduate qualification or similar
- Organised self-starter with the ability to self-manage workload and day-to-day work
- Very good analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven time management skills and an ability to produce deliverables to a deadline.
- Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our clients.
