Senior Payroll Consultant
Location: Midlands or Southern England – hybrid working
Salary: c.£60,000 + Bonus
We are supporting a leading global professional services organisation looking to make two appointments within its growing Payroll & Workforce Management advisory team.
These opportunities would suit bright, ambitious payroll professionals who want to move beyond BAU processing and build a career in payroll consulting, transformation and technology.
You’ll work with a broad range of UK and global organisations, supporting projects across payroll reviews, process improvement, technology implementation, vendor selection, compliance and wider transformation.
You could currently be working...
- In-house, having played a key role in a payroll transformation or implementation
- For a payroll bureau, supporting client implementations or migrations
- For a payroll or HR technology provider as an Implementation Consultant
- Within consulting, change or project delivery

You’ll need a strong understanding of payroll and the full annual payroll cycle, combined with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar would be valuable, but attitude, aptitude and the ambition to develop are equally important.
