Role Description
The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll activities for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with UK regulations and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Administering payroll cycles
- Calculating and reconciling payroll taxes
- Managing garnishments
- Coordinating payroll services with internal teams and external stakeholders

The role involves resolving payroll queries, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Experience with Payroll Taxes and related statutory compliance
- Knowledge of Garnishments and associated payroll services
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel for reporting and analysis
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Prior experience in a senior payroll role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in payroll or accounting; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is beneficial
