Location: London, UK / Hybrid
Contract: 7–14 hours per week | Day rate | Outside IR35
Office: Occasional London attendance for key project activity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Transformation Consultant to support the delivery of a transformation programme. This is not a health-check or exploratory assignment. We require an experienced consultant to help drive the implementation, delivery, and support on the transition to a global payroll model.

  • Project manage the implementation of our new global payroll platform across multiple jurisdictions
  • Coordinate implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders
  • Support payroll readiness, data validation, testing, parallel runs, reconciliation, and go-live
  • Support the company in setting up payroll arrangements for new entities in Asia
  • Embed appropriate payroll processes, controls, and governance as part of implementation
  • Provide practical payroll expertise and challenge throughout delivery
  • Ensure effective documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition into BAU

Essential Experience

  • Significant global payroll transformation and implementation experience
  • Strong UK/US payroll background
  • Experience implementing global payroll platforms/providers across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience supporting new international entities
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and payroll governance
