Senior Penetration Tester
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000
Location: Remote (UK), with optional office access in central London
Level: Senior, with a clear route to progress internally
What you’ll do
- Deliver web application, internal and external infrastructure tests using OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK
- Pair with junior and mid-level testers and guide them through their assessments
- Present findings in client debriefs and keep clients informed throughout testing
- Join client meetings on your specialist areas
- Support specific phases of red team engagements (no solo red team or assumed breach work)

What you’ll need
Essential:
- Commercial experience delivering web, internal and external tests
- Strong internal testing skills (BloodHound, Rubeus, Snaffler, Responder or similar)
- Web testing with Burp Suite and supporting tools
- Ability to read code, spot vulnerabilities and write scripts or tooling
- Confidence presenting findings to clients and explaining them clearly
Nice to have:
- Interest in OPSEC-safe methods and moving towards red team work
- Phishing experience (GoPhish, Evilginx)
- Advanced or niche certifications, or working towards them
- Experience mentoring other testers
