About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join our Offensive Security team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex penetration testing engagements for organisations ranging from innovative technology companies to large enterprise and public sector clients.
Working alongside some of the industry's most talented offensive security professionals, you will be responsible for identifying real-world security risks, delivering high-quality technical assessments and helping clients strengthen their security posture.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, engaging directly with clients and contributing to the ongoing development of a high-performing offensive security practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure, web application, cloud and internal penetration testing engagements.
- Conduct advanced adversary simulation and security assessments against complex client environments.
- Identify, exploit and clearly articulate security weaknesses, attack paths and business risks.
- Produce high-quality technical reports containing detailed findings, supporting evidence and practical remediation guidance.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Provide strategic security advice and consultancy to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Support and mentor junior consultants, helping to develop technical capability across the team.
- Contribute to the development of offensive security methodologies, research, tooling and service offerings.
- Assist with peer reviews and quality assurance activities to maintain exceptional delivery standards.
- Stay current with emerging attack techniques, vulnerabilities and offensive security trends.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about offensive security and focused on delivering exceptional technical outcomes for customers.
You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality penetration testing engagements and be comfortable leading complex assessments with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to confidently engage with stakeholders ranging from technical engineers through to senior business leaders.
You will be naturally curious, highly technical and committed to developing both your own skills and those of the wider team.
Our Requirements
- CTL certification
- CREST CRT, CCT Infrastructure, CCT Application or equivalent.
- Offensive Security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, OSED or OSCE3.
- Experience delivering red team or adversary simulation engagements.
- Cloud security testing experience across Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
- Development or scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, C# or similar languages.
- Experience contributing to security research, tooling development or vulnerability discovery.
