Senior DC Consultant/Principal DC Consultant

Would you like to work at a leading employee benefits consultancy in their pensions division?

This position is a senior, client-facing pension consultancy role in which you would manage a portfolio of existing accounts across defined contribution pension schemes.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients, delivering expert employee benefits consulting and broking services.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships, acting as a strategic adviser on benefits and workplace challenges.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, providing tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling across areas such as healthcare, wellbeing, flexible benefits, international benefits, and insurance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Drive commercial success by winning new business and growing existing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent knowledge and expertise on UK Defined Contribution pension schemes
  • Ability to develop client relationships effectively
  • Experience in generating new business

This role will be based in their Bristol office, with the expectation of attending at least once per week.
