Join a leading organisation in the pensions sector, where you'll use your technical defined benefit pensions expertise to oversee third-party administrators, improve operational processes, and help deliver outstanding outcomes for pension scheme members and trustees.
About The Role
- Support the oversight of third-party pension administrators, ensuring excellent service delivery and achievement of agreed KPIs and standards.
- Review complex pension calculations and provide technical expertise on defined benefit pension schemes, legislation, and administration processes.
- Conduct quality audits across pension administration activities, identifying trends, risks, training needs, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including trustees, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Produce management information, support key projects, and help drive operational efficiencies across the pensions function.

About You
- Experienced in defined benefit pensions administration with strong technical knowledge of pensions legislation and complex manual calculations.
- An analytical and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and strong Excel capability.
