We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing a first-class administrative service across the employee lifecycle.

Supporting a fast-paced business environment, you will play a key role in ensuring all HR transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

The role:

• Processing all HR administration relating to the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.
• Producing offer letters, contracts of employment, and HR correspondence.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within the HR system.
• Supporting payroll by processing employee changes and providing relevant information.
• Managing HR inbox queries and responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Administering absence, holiday, maternity, paternity, and other employee benefits records.
• Assisting with compliance checks, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Producing reports and HR metrics as required.
• Providing administrative support to the wider HR team and managers across the business.
