INTERIM SENIOR PEOPLE ADVISER - SIX MONTHS

Our Client, a High Profile Public Sector Body, Is Looking For An Experienced Senior People Adviser To Provide Operational Leadership Across The People Services Team During a Period Of Organisational Change. The Successful Candidate Will

  • Provide day-to-day operational oversight of the People Services team.
  • Support and coach new team members as they are recruited and onboarded.
  • Manage payroll administration and associated HR processes.
  • Handle complex employee and manager queries, escalating where appropriate.
  • Review and issue maternity, paternity and shared parental leave correspondence, ensuring statutory and contractual entitlements are accurate.
  • Support the People Services Manager by maintaining BAU operations while they lead a payroll implementation project.
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Assist in defining the responsibilities and requirements of the future permanent Senior Adviser role.
  • Support the presentation of findings and action plan from the organisation's Gender Pay Gap report once it has been issued by external consultants.
