Contract Length: 9 Months
Hours of Work: 28 – 35 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior People Advisor to join our People Team on a fixed-term basis.
Working closely with the Head of People, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a range of people priorities, projects and initiatives across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders and helping managers and colleagues navigate change and development with confidence.
This role offers a varied workload across employee relations, organisational projects, recruitment, wellbeing and people-focused initiatives, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing professional HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers and colleagues.
- Supporting a range of organisational projects, workforce initiatives and change activities.
- Leading and supporting consultation and employee engagement activities where required.
- Advising on employee relations matters, including attendance, conduct, capability and grievance issues.
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning activity.
- Working closely with managers to promote positive employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of People processes and services.
- Supporting the wider People Team to deliver an excellent customer-focused service.

What We're Looking For
- Experience operating in a generalist HR or People Advisory role.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and practical experience.
- Experience supporting organisational change, projects or workforce initiatives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
- A positive, professional and solution-focused approach.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is essential.
