Situated within beautiful gardens and grounds, the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is a leading national centre of excellence and one of the longest-running charities and independent hospitals in the UK.
Set in a stunning Grade II listed Victorian building, the RHN provides adult person-centred services across the entire care pathway—from post-acute rehabilitation to end-of-life care—for people with complex neuro-disabilities and their families. Underpinned by a strong research and education framework, the RHN is more than a hospital; it is a vibrant community where residents engage in music, art, and holistic support to achieve the best possible quality of life.

Hours of work: Full time 36 hours per week (hybrid working, 3 days on site)

About you
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Senior People Advisor to join our People & Culture Team. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice on the full spectrum of Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management and organisational change, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional and timely service to stakeholders.

The post-holder will be proactive in taking the initiative to identify and deliver solutions for improvements to service delivery and will engage and upskill stakeholders to improve management competencies to avoid litigation. You will support the HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects that add value to HR Operations processes and RHN stakeholders, improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR service, and help achieve the aims of our People Strategy.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a robust background in employee relations and a strong understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation. A good HR systems background is essential and previous Workday experience is beneficial.
