We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

To help power this journey, we are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team, based in London and partnering directly with our Transport Business Unit. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect of people strategy for a dedicated part of the Transport function.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will guide senior leadership through complex organizational design, rapid transformation, and post-merger integration. Navigating the natural ambiguity of a fast-growing environment, you will translate ambitious business targets into simple, data-driven people plans.

Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will collaborate closely with key partners across Talent & Culture, People Operations, and Reward to drive our unified "One Arrive" way of working. This position offers a direct opportunity to drive high-value strategy and scale team structures across our European hubs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
