Job Title: Senior People Business Partner
The Royal Parks is seeking an experienced and influential Senior People Business Partner to help deliver our People Plan and shape the future of our organisation. We are a charity that manages over 5,000 acres of historic parkland and some of London's most iconic green spaces.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, this is a new role in our team where you will be a trusted advisor to Directors and senior leaders across the organisation, providing expert guidance and practical people solutions that support organisational priorities. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic business partnering with operational delivery. You will lead complex people initiatives, support organisational change, drive workforce planning and talent development, and help embed a proactive and insight-led approach to people management across The Royal Parks. You will also lead and develop a team comprising two People Business Partners and two People Advisors, ensuring the delivery of a consistent, high-quality people service.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior HR/People Business Partner role
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience leading organisational change, talent and workforce planning
- Expertise in employee relations and people policy development
- A passion for inclusion, engagement and continuous improvement
- CIPD qualification (preferably Chartered)
