Senior People Development Officer - Band 6 - Working within the Transformation, OD & Improvement team
To work as part of a team in the planning, development, design and delivery of a broad range of training programmes and strategies in leadership and management, learning and development and quality improvement.
- To provide day to day support in managing staff. This will include regular 1-2-1’s and appraisals, identifying development needs, recruitment, and selection, ensuring appropriate training is delivered to staff, and reviewing work performance and progress, work allocation and checking.
- Under the direction of the OD, Transformation and Improvement leadership team, the post will undertake the design, planning, delivery and implementation of leadership, learning and development and quality improvement training programmes and strategies to support organisational development initiatives.
- To undertake an evaluation of training and to produce reports on the impact of leadership, learning and development and quality improvement activities.
- To line manage and support trainers within the team.
