About Us
We’re building the world’s leading cross-border fintech for emerging markets - empowering families, fueling local economies, and changing how millions access financial services.
Since our launch in 2019, we have transformed how money moves across borders with our operations spanning 6 out of 7 continents and covering both the busiest and most underserved (remittance) corridors. We tapped into a massive shift - from banks to phones - bringing digital finance to places where traditional systems never reached. The next stage of growth will fuel a network of services and products especially designed to make money more accessible to diaspora communities including local cards, and additional savings and payments features.
We’re growing fast, backed by world-class investors, and scaling a product that blends real world impact with cutting edge fintech innovation.
Here’s a little more:
- Founded by Harvard grads and 3-time founders who previously built Segovia (acquired) and GiveDirectly (>$300M revenue, fastest-growing NGO in the world)
- Backed by top investors including Spark Capital, Canaan, Reid Hoffman, Breyer Capital, Unbound, Wamda, and more
- Built by global top performers from Bain, Google, McKinsey, Uber, Checkout, Bolt, and beyond - we move fast, stay humble, and care deeply about our mission
- Truly global team - 250+ people, 50+ nationalities, 50+ languages
- Guided by our values - ownership, impact, humility, and heart - in deed, not just word

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll own work from strategy through execution, whether that's establishing employment infrastructure in a new country, navigating sensitive employee matters, or improving and automating core People Operations processes. This is an opportunity for someone who combines operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset and wants to have a tangible impact on how our people function scales internationally.
What you’ll do
- Own the employee relations function, including sensitive cases, performance processes, and investigations, working closely with Legal
- Lead the set-up of employment in new jurisdictions; from entity and payroll establishment to contracts, benefits, and local compliance; so TTS can hire cleanly in new markets
- Automate and run core People Ops processes, building payroll into a streamlined, automated operation across markets alongside onboarding, offboarding, and contractor management
- Own multi-country employment compliance, keeping TTS aligned with local labour law as we operate and expand across markets
- Deliver discrete People Ops projects end to end, scoping, driving, and landing improvements to how the function runs
- Automate and streamline manual workflows, partnering with the wider team to reduce operational load and improve accuracy
- Maintain accurate people data and reporting, supporting headcount, attrition, and compliance tracking
What you’ll need
- At least 8 years in People Ops, HR, or a comparable operational role, ideally in a fast-growing, multi-country environment
- Hands-on experience managing employee relations cases and performance processes, with strong judgement and discretion
- Track record of setting up or operating employment across multiple jurisdictions, payroll, contracts, benefits, and compliance
- Highly organised project owner, able to scope and land work independently and juggle multiple workstreams at once
- Comfortable with data and systems; you use tooling and automation to work faster and reduce manual effort
- AI-native in your approach, you actively use AI tools to work smarter and automate what doesn’t need to be manual
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work across functions and handle sensitive matters with care
