We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior People Partner to help shape and deliver a people strategy that supports our business ambitions and creates an environment where everyone can thrive. This strategic role partners with senior leaders across the Village and Forest House (Head Office) to align business objectives with people priorities, developing and delivering initiatives that drive organisational performance, sustainable growth, and a positive employee experience.
Working across talent development, organisational change, employee engagement, talent acquisition and culture, you will play a key role in building an inclusive, high-performing workplace where individuals and teams feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their potential. You will also provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, supporting leaders to navigate challenges fairly, consistently and in line with our values.
Combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, you will develop people-focused solutions that meet current business needs while preparing the organisation for future success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategic Business Partnering – Lead the delivery of people strategies that enable business performance, growth and organisational effectiveness. By building strong partnerships with senior leaders, coaching and influencing decision-making, and fostering an inclusive culture of feedback, accountability and high performance, you will work across the wider People function to deliver solutions that help our colleagues and business succeed.

Performance & Talent Management – Lead the performance and talent review cycle, working with leaders to identify, develop and nurture talent across the business. Through talent calibration, development planning and career pathway initiatives, you will help create opportunities for growth, build organisational capability, and ensure colleagues are supported to achieve their full potential.

Colleague Experience & Inclusion – Champion an inclusive and engaging colleague experience by supporting the delivery of engagement surveys and local action plans, ensuring colleague feedback drives meaningful improvements. As an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, you will help bring our DEI strategy to life through targeted initiatives, while enhancing every stage of the colleague journey to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and able to do their best work.

Data & Analytics – Drive data-led decision-making by leveraging people analytics and workforce insights to evaluate the impact of people initiatives and inform strategic priorities. Through identifying trends, diagnosing organisational challenges and implementing targeted action plans, you will help shape solutions that enhance the colleague experience, strengthen capability and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience operating as a Senior People Partner within a large, complex organisation, with the ability to support a diverse workforce of significant scale.
- A track record of translating and implementing a central people strategy into meaningful local action, ensuring business and people priorities are aligned.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to coach, challenge and influence senior leaders, building trusted partnerships that drive organisational performance.
- A data driven approach to decision-making, using people insights and analytics to identify opportunities, solve business challenges and measure the impact of people initiatives.
