Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Act as a coach and partner, offering thoughtful challenge, sound judgement and support on people, team and leadership priorities.
  • Work with Talent Management and Talent Development to make talent reviews, succession and development planning meaningful, practical and future-focused.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition so hiring decisions strengthen both the capability and culture we are building across the central functions.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards on fair, well-governed and commercially sensible reward decisions, including salary review, bonus, benchmarking and job architecture.
  • Use data, insight and employee feedback to help leaders understand what is working, where risks may be emerging and how to create the right conditions for people to perform.
  • Support organisation design and change activity where needed, with a focus on clarity, leader readiness, and a positive employee experience.
  • Embed Inizio-wide People and Culture processes and tools in a way that feels simple, useful and relevant for leaders.
  • Work across People Services, People Solutions, Employee Relations, Legal and the HR Centres of Expertise to provide joined-up, proactive and value-adding HR support.

What do you bring to the role?

  • 5 years HR business partnering experience, with the confidence to advise, challenge and influence senior leaders.
  • An understanding of how organisations grow and evolve, including leadership, culture, capability and organisation design.
  • Proven ability to align people priorities to team goals, commercial realities and future capability needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across leaders, HR Centers Of Excellence, People Services, Legal, Finance and other partners.
  • Practical experience with talent, succession, performance, reward and hiring governance.
  • Confidence using data, insight and feedback to spot themes and turn them into clear recommendations.
  • A genuine commitment to building an inclusive, connected and high-performing culture aligned to Inizio's purpose and growth ambitions.
