Are you an experienced People professional who thrives on developing high-performing teams, influencing senior leaders and driving meaningful organisational change?

At bpha, we're looking for an exceptional Senior People Partner to lead our People Partnering team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we support our colleagues and leaders across the business.

This is more than a leadership role. It's an opportunity to influence strategic decisions, build organisational capability and help create a culture where people can perform at their very best.

Leading a team of talented People Partners, you'll inspire confidence, develop expertise and ensure a consistent, high-quality partnering service that adds real value. You'll also work closely with senior leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, manage risk and support sustainable success.

What will you be doing?

As Our Senior People Partner, You Will

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of People Partners, helping them grow, develop and perform at their best.
  • Create a high-performing partnering function built on accountability, consistency and excellent service.
  • Balance workloads, allocate resources effectively and ensure priorities are delivered.
  • Partner with senior leaders to turn strategic business objectives into impactful people plans.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, organisational change programmes and consultation activity.
  • Use people insights, data and commercial awareness to influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • Bring clarity and confidence to challenging situations, helping leaders navigate change and complexity successfully.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong people leadership.

You'll Have

  • Significant experience leading, managing and developing successful HR or People teams.
  • A passion for coaching and empowering others to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong People Partnering experience within a complex organisation.
  • The credibility and confidence to influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases, organisational change and consultation processes.
  • Excellent judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to balance people needs with business objectives.
  • The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
