The Opportunity

The Senior People Project Coordinator provides practical coordination and support to the People Director, EMEA across People projects, process improvement initiatives, business integrations, organisational development activity, and Learning & Development planning and communications. The role helps ensure activity is well organised, clearly communicated, and successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

People Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support the delivery of People projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with the implementation of new People processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Coordinate project plans, actions, milestones, and reporting.
  • Support projects relating to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent, learning, and employee experience.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and support process improvement activity.

Business Integration & Set-Up

  • Support People aspects of acquisitions, integrations, geo-clones, and new business launches.
  • Coordinate HR and Workday set-up activities for new business units before transitioning them into operational ownership.
  • Support implementation planning, communications, training, and change activity.
  • Maintain project trackers, implementation plans, and handover documentation.

Learning & Development Coordination

  • Coordinate Learning & Development planning and related communications across the EMEA region.
  • Draft and coordinate communications for Learning & Development activity, including invitations, reminders, updates, and follow-up materials.

Communications & Reporting

  • Prepare presentations, reports, project updates, and communication materials using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Maintain project documentation and action trackers.
  • Support stakeholders with information, analysis, and project updates.

Project & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities.
  • Support travel bookings, expense administration, invoice processing, and general project administration.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the People Director and wider People team as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

Essential

  • Experience working within HR, People Operations, Talent, Learning & Development, or a similar People environment.
  • Strong administration, organisation, and coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting projects, improvements, or change initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Desirable

  • CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • Experience supporting business integrations, acquisitions, or organisational change.
  • Experience of Workday or other HR systems.
  • Experience coordinating Learning & Development activity, training programmes, internal communications, or learning materials.
  • Experience using Canva to create engaging communications, presentations, or learning materials.
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
