About the Role

Location: UK-based

Location & Attendance Requirements: This is a UK-based role, which is fundamental to the position as it involves performing regular in-person Right to Work checks. Candidates must be based in the UK and available to attend the office on Monday mornings when required.

We are seeking either two part-time team members or 1 full time member to ensure full operational coverage across the working week. Both postholders will need to be available to attend the office on Monday mornings for in-person checks when required, with individual working schedules agreed upon to ensure seamless week-long support.

This role drives UK Right to Work and immigration compliance for activities requiring in-country oversight. Working in close partnership with the Bulgaria Shared Services Centre which handles core case preparation and administration, the UK Specialist owns local employer checks, compliance activities, and Sponsorship Management System (SMS) administration. Ultimately, the role supports Ocado in meeting its sponsor licence and Right to Work obligations and delivers an efficient, high-quality experience for candidates and internal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
