Are you passionate about building world-class teams and driving HR excellence? We are looking for a Senior People & Talent Partner to join our global People team.
This is a unique, hybrid role designed for a versatile HR professional. With a clear focus on Talent Acquisition (approx. 70–80%), you will drive our global hiring efforts. In addition, you will dedicate 20–30% of your time to strategic People projects that support the continuous evolution of our global People function.
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience in In-House Recruiting: Proven track record in full-lifecycle talent acquisition and active sourcing across diverse functions, combined with a strategic mindset that looks beyond filling vacancies to build scalable hiring processes.
- 1–2 Years in People Operations: Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, contracts, payroll collaboration) and a collaborative, supportive attitude to step in whenever the wider People team needs expert help.
- Track Record in HR Projects & Process Optimization: Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to cross-functional People projects, driven by a pragmatic, hands-on approach to turning ideas into smarter workflows.
- Strong ATS, HRIS & Analytics Proficiency: Solid technical background in recruitment tech and data reporting, with a data-driven mindset that uses metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.
- International & Remote-First Setup: Prior experience in fast-growing, global environments, where you thrive through a high degree of ownership, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset: You operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first setup, constantly seeking smarter ways of working through continuous process optimization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
