Job Title: Senior Performance Analyst

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Working Pattern: Full Time

Location: Remote Working Available

About The Opportunity

Our client, a leading organisation in the housing sector, is in the market for an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in the management and monitoring of Asset Management performance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective management of departmental data, budgets, and key business objectives while identifying areas of risk and concern. If you are passionate about data analysis and performance management, this role could be a perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the appraisal, management, and improvement of data and information support services, particularly for the Stock Investment Programme and Service Contracts, ensuring compliance with high standards.
  • Implement effective monitoring and reporting systems to provide accurate and timely insights into departmental activities, including statistical analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Compile and analyse complex data to produce informative reports for senior management, focusing on financial performance, Best Value, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with Surveying and Contract management teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy for property and project-related information.
  • Conduct quantitative data analyses to interpret results, highlighting key trends for efficiency savings and cost management.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance processes, customer satisfaction, and overall costs by taking the initiative.
  • Work closely with colleagues to prepare budgets and financial frameworks, ensuring all critical services are operational.

Essential Qualifications And Experience

  • Educated to HND, Level 5, or Degree level, or possess relevant experience.
  • Experience in designing and developing robust business management processes for performance scrutiny and reporting.
  • Proven ability to collate and manage complex data sources effectively.
  • Strong financial management and budgetary control techniques.
  • Sector knowledge desireable but not essential.
