Who We Are

House of Performance (HOP) is a fast-growing performance marketing agency with big ambitions, a people-first mindset, and an unwavering passion for helping brands grow. House of Performance was founded to raise the standard in paid media. Built 5 years ago from a clear need for greater choice and deeper expertise, we support ambitious brands who want performance marketing that is accountable, commercially focused, and built to last.

We’re proud of our work, our clients, and our culture and we’re thrilled to have been named “Stand Out Agency of the Year” at the Digital Excellence Awards 2025.

The Role

As a Senior Performance Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the agency from driving client growth strategies, leading campaign performance, and mentoring junior consultants.

You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding work across paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, and Display) - driving measurable ROI, developing forward-thinking strategies, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to step up and make a sizeable mark on a growing agency: to lead accounts, challenge thinking, and help define best-in-class performance marketing for some of the UK’s most ambitious brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead a portfolio of client accounts - typically 4 - 6 brands - with full responsibility for strategy, delivery, and performance outcomes.
  • Develop integrated paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, and Display that align with client objectives and business goals.
  • Oversee campaign implementation, optimisation, and testing across channels, ensuring every pound spent drives impact.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients - guiding them through data insights, platform changes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to leverage beta opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them develop their skills and confidence as future performance experts.
  • Shape internal processes - identifying ways to improve efficiency, innovation, and excellence in client delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
