- Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
- Develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear customer-focused messaging.
- Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
- Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and continuously iterate based on results.
- Identify successful copy concepts and adapt them across similar clients, products, and industries.
- Contribute winning concepts, failed tests, research, and learnings to the company's copywriting knowledge base.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, and other team members.
- Use AI tools in the copywriting workflow to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
