Senior Performance Creative Strategist

Function: Creative Strategy | Performance Marketing | Meta Ads

Reports to: Head of Creative

Location: Remote Collaboration

Compensation: £55,000–£62,000 (depending on experience)

Your Mission

You'll bring hands-on experience scaling creative for high-spend accounts, acting as a benchmark for strategic and creative excellence across the team.

You won't spend your time editing videos or designing ads. Your role is to identify what drives performance, build winning creative strategies, and work with our internal creative team to bring those ideas to life. You'll sit at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, customer psychology, and commercial strategy—helping brands uncover opportunities, improve efficiency, and scale through better creative.

Why This Role Matters

Creative is now the biggest lever in performance marketing.

The brands that win are not simply producing more content—they're building stronger creative systems, better customer insights, and more effective strategic thinking. This role exists to help our clients uncover those opportunities and turn them into scalable growth. You'll be responsible for developing creative strategies that influence millions of impressions, shape customer perception, and directly impact revenue growth across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Planning

  • Develop customer insights, messaging frameworks, offers, and creative angles
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance through stronger creative thinking
  • Build testing roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Translate commercial goals into actionable creative strategies

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
