Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
Senior Performance Manager
Navigate the unknown as ROVA Experience Specialist
Corporate wellbeing doesn't run on a script. This role is about leading the team that keeps it moving anyway, on-site, on one of Dublin's most high-profile campuses.
As Senior Performance Manager, you'll lead on-site delivery for one of our flagship corporate accounts — directing two active gyms and a premium pool facility, and managing a team of Performance Coaches who show up for people every day. It's a role split evenly between the floor and the boardroom: operational excellence on one side, strategic partnership on the other.
You'll own site budgets, present impact data to executive stakeholders, and build the on-site community that makes people want to come back. No two days will look the same.
Lead the team. Own the standard. Navigate the space.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
