Agile | £55,000 – £62,500 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Monday to Friday + some Saturday cover
Drive performance across the Evri network
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to join our Performance leadership team and play a key role in improving service, compliance and operational performance across the Evri network.
Reporting to the Network Performance Manager, you’ll lead the inbound and/or outbound performance agenda, giving the business greater visibility of network performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring actions translate into measurable results.
This is a senior, highly influential role combining operational performance, analytics, change and continuous improvement. You’ll lead a small team of Managers and Leads and work closely with Operations SLT, Performance and Analytics teams to improve performance both in-day and strategically.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the inbound and/or outbound performance agenda across the network
- Managing and developing a small team of Managers and Leads
- Driving measurable improvements across service delivery, compliance and operational performance
- Using data, MI and BI to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and opportunities and turn these into clear actions
- Leading performance reviews and action plans, working with operational teams to drive accountability and ensure improvements are delivered
- Developing and leading network improvement initiatives, including infrastructure, technology and live performance programmes
- Partnering with Operations, Performance, Analytics and Change teams to improve network visibility, optimise flows, reduce service failures and support the wider Service and Loss agenda
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced operational or performance leader with a background in a fast-paced FMCG logistics environment, with experience delivering change and measurable performance improvement.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical decisions and plans
- Experience of change management and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Confidence presenting complex information, insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- The ability to manage high volumes of information and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and experience working with operational, performance or project management tools
- Experience of project management tools and methodologies would be advantageous, along with evidence of continuous learning and an understanding of changing technologies and trends.

The opportunity
This is an opportunity to have a genuine impact on performance across the wider Evri network. You’ll work with senior operational teams, use insight to influence decision-making and lead initiatives designed to improve our end-to-end network capability.
This is an Agile role, combining remote working with travel across the UK. You’ll be expected to spend time at Evri sites, working directly with management and leadership teams to drive performance and improvement.
£55,000 – £62,500 + car allowance and benefits
Monday to Friday, with some Saturday cover required
