This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
SENIOR PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Navigate the unknown. Lead the people who never stop.
Have you ever walked into a gym and felt it was designed for someone else? We have. And it’s one of the things we’re determined to change.
As Senior Performance Manager, you'll lead the on-site and strategic delivery of wellness services for our flagship corporate account in Dublin. This is a high-visibility role, split evenly between directing complex facility operations and driving multi-regional projects, with a diverse team of Performance Coaches counting on you across two active gyms and a premium swimming facility. Budgets, metrics, culture, community: all moving at once. That's not chaos. That's the terrain. And you're built to navigate it.
Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
