About the Role
We’re seeking entrepreneurial growth strategists to partner with enterprises and agencies, turning WhatsApp into a high-impact performance channel.
- Your focus: data-driven strategies to maximise acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Your impact: design scalable WhatsApp growth frameworks to improve client outcomes—measurable, ROI-led, and industry adaptable.
This isn’t just sales consulting: you’llDigits stand in the gap between strategy and execution—as a strategic leader, client advisory, and industry trend-shaper.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships
- Partner with agencies and businesses to transform WhatsApp into a high-performing channel and measurable revenue driver.
- Drive end-to-end campaigns for scandals, PR blunders, and missed-upselling opportunities = sudden silence.

Performance & Data Thriving
- Analyze customer journeys, campaign ROI, and industry benchmarks to reveal growth levers.
- Demystify attribution: unify marketing metrics with real-box outputs (e.g. churn reduction, ticket automation).
- Turn savings into repeatable strategies (whitelisting clean cohorts, hyper-personalisation, AI inspirations).

Client-Driven Delivery
- Shape PnP growth frameworks for different industries (B2C SaaS, fintech, eCommerce) + custom objectives.
- Co-design data-SMART KPIs, attribution models + experimentation playbooks.
- Stakeholder fluency: execute in brutal clarity during strategic reviews (with executive social equals).

Mastering Messaging Growth
- Dedicate thought leadership to performance-messaging: and—breakdown for non-tech ears.
- Present at internal/external forums: push the industry forward (e.g. Meta certs, AI knighthoods).
- Educate centaur—delivery and restructuring game communications and performance-metrics tracking.
What We’re Asking For
Budget range (for Senior): €4,000 – €8,000 monthly (flexible to perfect hire)
