Purpose of role

The Senior Performance Marketing Analyst is a highly hands-on, performance-focused analytical role responsible for monitoring day-to-day performance across channels, identifying issues and opportunities at a granular level, and driving continuous optimisation across Search, Social, Display, and App growth.

The role exists to improve performance week by week through rapid insight generation, structured testing, and close partnership with channel owners to ensure actions are executed and measured effectively.

Overview

The role is responsible for running the cross-channel optimisation engine across Search, Social, Display, and App growth, with a primary focus on live performance monitoring and continuous optimisation.

It maintains a single backlog of optimisation actions and tests, tracking what has been identified, agreed, implemented, and the impact delivered. The role ensures the team operates in a structured, insight-led way that continuously improves performance week by week.

Working closely with channel owners, the role monitors live performance daily and weekly, conducts regular audits, and performs deep-dive analysis across campaigns, audiences, creatives, placements, and landing pages. It translates this analysis into clear, prioritised, and actionable recommendations for channel teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
