About Fussy

Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. Having experienced exceptional growth over the past four years, we are now looking for a talented individual to join the team as an Senior Performance Marketing Executive and take our performance marketing to the next level.

You’ll report to our Head of Performance Marketing, working closely with the wider Growth team to drive our paid media performance across Google Search, YouTube, and Meta. You’ll be the person who turns our ad spend into measurable, scalable growth - obsessing over creative performance, audience strategy, and campaign efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Joining as our Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll:

  • Manage paid campaigns end-to-end across Google Search, YouTube, and Meta - from setup through to optimisation and reporting, with high six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Manage and optimise daily ad spend with a commercial mindset, making smart decisions across channels and campaigns to maximise performance against CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Support our Creative Strategy team with insights from creative tests.
  • Deliver clear, insightful performance reports to the growth team and wider stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay close to platform updates and our account managers to proactively identify new features and opportunities to test.

About You

Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:

  • A data-driven mindset. You’re comfortable in the ad platforms, know your way around tracking and attribution, and can draw clear insights from performance data.
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets with strict performance goals, across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication skills. You can translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.

Bonus Points, But These Are Not a Deal Breaker

  • Experience with subscription or repeat-purchase business models.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple products and multiple territories.
