You'll join a fast-paced, high-growth business with a market-leading online presence, working within a Performance Marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and campaign performance across multiple European markets.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing Performance Marketing team and take ownership of paid advertising activity across multiple European markets.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll play a key role in planning, launching, optimising and reporting on performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social and other customer acquisition channels. You'll also help support and develop more junior team members as the team continues to grow.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a passion for performance marketing. You'll work closely with Data, Development, SEO, Branding and E-Commerce teams to drive customer acquisition, maximise ROI and support wider business growth.

As the team grows, you'll also play a key role in supporting and developing junior members of the Performance Marketing team, sharing best practice and helping to build capability across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, optimise and report on PPC campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting analysis, bid management, ad copy testing and creative testing.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Produce regular reporting for the Head of Performance Marketing and wider stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Development and Data teams to maintain accurate tracking and attribution across all paid channels.
  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to improve paid media effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Branding, E-Commerce, Data and Operations teams to improve targeting, messaging and funnel performance.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities.
  • Support continuous optimisation and innovation across paid media activity.
  • Support, coach and share knowledge with junior members of the Performance Marketing team.
  • Assist the Head of Performance Marketing with testing new channels, technologies and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of performance marketing strategy across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
