Your New Company

An ambitious, high-growth direct-to-consumer consumer brand is entering an exciting phase of scale across the UK and US markets. Backed by a strong leadership team and significant investment in customer acquisition, the business has built a loyal customer base through a subscription-led model and is now looking for a commercially-minded Performance Marketing leader to accelerate growth. With paid media at the heart of the growth strategy, you'll join a business that values experimentation, data-driven decision making, and innovation.

Your New Role

As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the paid acquisition strategy across key international markets, with full responsibility for driving customer growth, efficiency, and return on investment.

  • Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll lead the performance marketing function across Meta and Google, managing substantial media budgets while identifying opportunities to scale revenue profitably.
  • Working closely with creative and growth teams, you'll develop testing strategies, optimise campaign performance, and uncover new opportunities across audiences, creative, offers, landing pages, and customer journeys.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
