The Opportunity
If you’re energised by data, driven by commercial impact, and happiest when you’re deep in the mechanics of PPC and performance channels, this role will feel like home. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced digital trading environment and wants to take real ownership of performance strategy, optimisation, and results.
This is a hands-on, analytical role with genuine influence. You’ll shape PPC strategy, guide Paid Social and email improvements, and work closely with stakeholders across Digital, Merchandising, Product, and Content to drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
PPC Leadership (core focus)
- Own day-to-day PPC trading, budget management, and optimisation across a large, diverse SKU range.
- Recommend and implement data-led campaign improvements.
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, and landing pages using both AI tools and your own copywriting skills.
- Identify key drivers of performance (pricing, product trends, offers, inventory) and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partner with IT to improve PPC feeds and support trading activity.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, testing opportunities, and market shifts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
