Amazon Leo Initiative

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Role Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead Programmatic media channels for our EMEA B2C business. This role is responsible for developing and executing the programmatic media strategy across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), managing agency partnerships, and optimizing campaign performance to maximize subscriber acquisition at efficient CPA/ROAS targets across all EMEA markets.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-obsessed self-starter with deep expertise in programmatic media buying, DSP platform management (Amazon DSP, DV360), and performance optimization. You will own the end-to-end programmatic channel, from strategy and planning through execution and measurement — driving website traffic, maximizing gross adds, and improving the customer experience. You will work with agency partners and cross-functional teams to build scalable programmatic campaigns, develop robust measurement frameworks (MMM/MTA), and champion automation and testing to continuously improve performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with a range of technical and non-technical teams to assess media capabilities, own the experimentation strategy, and undertake detailed performance analysis. The scope of this role focuses on delivering against key business goals (Gross Ads, CPA/ROAS efficiency), while also innovating and finding efficiencies through the development and management of a multi-year programmatic strategy and roadmap.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
