About Andersen EV
Andersen EV is the UK’s leading premium home-charging brand.
We design and manufacture intelligent EV chargers that combine advanced technology with exceptional design. Unlike conventional charge points, Andersen chargers are created to complement the homes in which they are installed, with a choice of premium finishes and intelligent charging features.
Trusted by some of the world’s leading automotive brands, including Porsche and Jaguar Land Rover, Andersen is entering an exciting period of growth. As more drivers make the transition to electric, we are investing significantly in building a high-performing, commercially focused in-house marketing function.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of Andersen’s paid acquisition strategy.
This is a pivotal commercial role, responsible for managing approximately £100,000 in monthly paid-media investment, including £60,000–£80,000 per month across Google Ads.
Google will be your core specialism, but your remit will extend across Meta, conversion-rate optimisation, landing-page performance, analytics and attribution. Your overriding objective will be simple: to increase sales efficiently and sustainably.
This is not a role for someone who wants to oversee activity from a distance. You will be personally responsible for analysing, building, testing and optimising campaigns every day. You will be close to the product, the customer journey and the commercial performance of the business.
An Andersen charger is a premium, considered purchase, and not an impulse buy. Customers may research over several weeks, interact with multiple channels and devices, configure a product, request further information and return several times before purchasing. You must understand how to market and measure products with complex, multi-touch conversion journeys.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
